You are responsible for ensuring your content:

- Is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive.
- Does not contain malicious code or harmful material.

4. Vehicle Information
Vehicle information, specifications, images, and related content may be provided from third-party sources.
While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any vehicle information is complete, current, or error-free.
5. Sharing Garages
Users may share Garages publicly through generated links and social sharing features.
Content shared publicly may be viewed by anyone with access to the link.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
- Interfere with the operation of the service.
- Upload harmful code or malicious software.
- Scrape or copy substantial portions of the platform without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
The My Dream Garage platform, branding, design, software, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Vehicle manufacturers, logos, trademarks, and model names remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or discontinue the service at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the service during the previous twelve months.
